Quick Cooks is an original video franchise created for Mom.me featuring simple seasonal recipes. Shot against a white counter top, we wanted to go for a minimal, modern, bright look. The new direction of the series was shot exclusively top down with a combination of stop motion and time lapse. We utilized animated graphics to illustrate certain shots that we couldn't capture on camera. Below is a sample of some of my favorite episodes.
As Art Director on the series, I worked with writers and producers on storyboarding the recipes, conceptualizing the video and propping/styling the shoot.
I worked with video editors and producers during post to design graphics and text that support the overall narrative of the video.
